Melanotan II (MT-2)

Melanotan II is a cyclic α-MSH analog and non-selective melanocortin receptor agonist (MC1R-MC5R). MC1R activation stimulates eumelanin production; MC3R/MC4R activation modulates appetite, energy homeostasis, and sexual arousal. Research tool for melanocortin pharmacology and pigmentation biology.
